General Assembly
With the grace and favor of God, the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Assembly meetings were held to discuss the budget for the fiscal year 2023/2024.
The meetings were presided over by Mr. Accountant Hani Hegazy (Chairman of the Holding Company for Land Reclamation and Groundwater Research), with the presence of Eng. Shawqi Ghoneim (Managing Executive Director) and the esteemed members of the Holding Company's Board of Directors, along with the honorable members of the General Assembly, representatives from the Central Auditing Organization, and the representative of the Ministry of Public Business Sector.
On this occasion, Major General Dr. M/ Ahmed Abdullah Abdrabbo (Chairman of the Company’s Board) and Eng. Ahmed Abdullah Edris (Managing Executive Director), along with the Board members, extend their sincere thanks to the chairman and members of the General Assembly under the leadership of His Excellency the Minister of Agriculture for their appreciation of the efforts exerted by the Company’s Board of Directors and its leadership in advancing the company.

the Ordinary General Assembly was held to discuss the planning budget for the fiscal year 2025/2026
Chaired by Mr. Accountant Hani Hijazi, Chairman of the Holding Company for Land Reclamation and Groundwater Research, and Mr. Engineer Shawky Ghoneim, Executive Managing Director, as well as the esteemed members of the General Assembly, representatives of the Central Auditing Organization, and the representative of the Ministry of Public Business Sector, the attendees praised the efforts made by the company's Board of Directors and its leaders in utilizing modern technologies in preparing the budget and the presentation method that was provided at the assembly. On this occasion, Major General Dr. Eng. Ahmed Abdullah Abdel Rabih - Chairman of the Board, and Mr. Engineer Ahmed Abdullah Edris - Executive Managing Director, extend their sincere thanks to the Chairman and members of the General Assembly under the leadership of His Excellency the Minister of Agriculture for renewing their confidence in the Board of Directors, along with their sincere thanks to all the company employees for their efforts and dedication to work, with best wishes for further progress, success, and prosperity in all that lies ahead.
Workshops
Under the auspices of Eng. Ahmed Edris, Executive Managing Director, and under the supervision of the Workers' Cultural Foundation, the Social Insurance Institute, a distinguished training course was held at the company on the new tax laws and the facilities provided by the Tax Authority to taxpayers. The course lasted for three days, and lectures were delivered by:
- Mr. Shaaban Abdel Mahdi Moawad, Specialized Internal Committees, Tax Authority, and Lecturer at the Faculty of Business, Alexandria University.
- Ms. Sherine Wadih, Director of the Electronic Publishing Department at the Tax Authority.
Special thanks to the Workers' Cultural Foundation and the lecturers for their outstanding efforts in providing high-level training content.
