Final status of the most important projects being implemented
Slope networks project for sewage networks, lifting stations and expulsion lines for 7 villages in Balina Center, Sohag Governorate (within the Decent Life Project).
For the benefit of the Armed Forces Engineering Authority in the Southern Region, total work volume is 604,438,000 L.E, starting from 6/2021, 77% of the work has been completed.
Nubaria Canal Side Protection Project and Dredging Works from the End of Km 14 to Km 28,500
For the benefit of the General Authority for River Transport, with a contract value of 201,239,000 L.E, starting from 2023/4, 72% of which has been implemented.
Nile River navigation bottlenecks removal project from km 750 to km 885 in Beni Suef.
For the benefit of the General Authority for River Transport, with a contract value of 58,500,000 L.E, starting from 11/2023. 79% of the project has been implemented.
Cleaning and dredging works at the Sidi Kerir launch port.
For the benefit of the Petroleum Pipelines Company (SUMED) with a contract value of 27,168,000 Egyptian pounds, starting from 2024/8, a completion rate of 84% has been achieved.
Establishment of the Samaha and Supervision Livestock Bank (Phase One) in the Wadi Al-Sa'ayda area in Adfo - Aswan, funded by the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD).
For the benefit of the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation / Sustainable Agricultural Investment and Livelihoods Project, the total project value is 47,699,000 Egyptian pounds. Implementation began in April 2024, with 12% completed.
Project for the rehabilitation of Kasel Canal from km 24 to km 30 at Kom Ombo - Aswan - General Administration of Irrigation, Aswan.
For the benefit of the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation, the total value of the project is 26,993,000 Egyptian pounds. The project started implementation in July 2022 and has been executed at a rate of 30%.

Projects that have been delivered
Toshka Projects
• Sheikh Zayed Canal was constructed in the distance from km 31 to km 41 (second phase) with 100% completion,and finishing remarks and the final work are in progress.
• Sheikh Zayed Canal was constructed in the distance from km 41 to km 51 (third phase) with 100% completion,and finishing remarks and the final work are in progress.
Wadi Al-Sa'ayda Reclamation Project
• Implementation was completed at 100% for the rehabilitation and lining of the irrigation canals (Railway Irrigation – Newly Allocated Farm – Branch 2 Upper Adnan) within the jurisdiction of the Aswan General Irrigation Administration, and the project was initially handed over, and the final work was done on 15/7/2021.
Beni Suef and Fayoum Sector
Study, design, and implementation of the necessary works for planting 900 acres of forest including maintenance works.
• Planting works were completed with 100% execution. The preliminary acceptance of the project was on 21/3/2021, and the final handover has been done; maintenance work is ongoing.
Dredging Sector
Completion of dredging in the area southeast of the Dibah Triangle Pass as part of the second phase of the urgent solution for developing Lake Manzala, the southern part from km 3.5 to km 7.300.
• Dredging works have been completed with 100% execution.
Execution was completed at 100% for dredging and clearing accumulated sediments at the launch port in Sidi Kerir for the benefit of SUMED Company, Contract No. 24/2017.
Ongoing projects
Reclamation projects in Abu Simbel
Construction and installation of mechanical and electrical equipment for the Qastal Waddan Station.
• 78% of the mechanical and electrical works have been completed, and coordination is ongoing between the Mechanical and Electrical Authority and the Armed Forces to receive the station's equipment and carry out the final inspection.
• 47% of the civil works have been completed, and coordination is ongoing between the Mechanical and Electrical Authority and the Armed Forces to receive the station's equipment and carry out the final inspection.
Sa'ayda Valley Reclamation Project
• 97% of the reclamation works for an area of 15,232 feddans in Sa'ayda Valley have been completed.
• 60% of the reclamation works for an area of 866 feddans and 250 feddans of the protection strip in Sa'ayda Valley have been completed.
• 74% of the supply and installation of 408 independent irrigation units in Sa'ayda Valley have been completed.
Beni Suef and Fayoum Sector
• Implementation has reached 98% for drinking water supply networks, sewage networks, pumping stations, a wastewater treatment plant, irrigation pumps, road works, and the administrative building in the industrial area of Bayad Al-Arab in Beni Suef. Remaining asphalt works are being carried out, and water network notes are being prepared in anticipation of handover.
Projects in Different Areas
Cleaning and lining of the Al-Rizafa Canal under the jurisdiction of the General Directorate of West Beheira Irrigation with 99.7% completion, and final works are underway.
Works of the Presidential Initiative for 7 villages in Al-Balyana Center, Sohag Governorate, for the Decent Life Project
Completion of 47,332 meters of sewer networks.
Number of manholes: 1,886.
Pumping and ejection stations.
Contract for renting and operating a lining machine, Rahco brand.
Rental of equipment, vehicles, and a concrete mixer, and sale of sand crushers during the fiscal year 2021/2022.
Dredging Sector
Execution has reached 40% for dredging and clearing accumulated sediments at the launch port in Sidi Kerir for the benefit of SOMED Company, Contract No. 55/2020.
Execution has reached 94% for removing navigational bottlenecks in Lake River due to winds over the distance from km 42 to km 82 for the benefit of the General Authority for River Transport.
